At Knitter’s Kove, our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible, including help with knitting/crocheting projects.

     We have such a fine and knowledgeable staff that we are able to offer you quick and reasonable assistance with projects you purchased from our store without calling to make an appointment.               

     We just ask for a little patience if the store is busy and we can’t help you right away. We will make every effort to help you as soon as we can.

     If you need more then 15 minutes of assistance or require a specific teacher’s help, we ask that you call to set up an appointment. Our assistance policy does not include start-to-finish technique instruction requiring more then 15 minutes. This type of assistance is covered in our classes, or you may opt for a one-on-one private lesson; in which case, an appointment is needed. Private lessons are $15.00 per hour. 

If you have a project with which you need help but purchased the yarn elsewhere, we will not turn you away. Our hourly rate will apply, and we ask that you keep us in mind for your future knitting/crocheting needs.

In the past, we have been extremely liberal in our return Return Policy. However, recently, yarn has been returned to our store that wasn’t ours. Unfortunately, this has caused us to make a few changes to our return policy.

     Effective immediately, a full cash/credit refund will be issued if unused yarn is returned in its original condition within 60 days with a receipt. Exceptions are as follows:

· No refunds/credits will be issued without a receipt.

· After 60 days, and with a receipt, a store credit will be issued for unused yarn.

· Yarn that smells of cigarette smoke is not returnable with or without a receipt—no exceptions.

 

Special Orders
 

As a service to you, if we are out of a specific yarn or color, we will gladly place a special order for you. A 50%, non-refundable deposit on all special orders is needed to complete the order. 

     We understand that projects change, someone changes his/her mind, or unexpected color changes in dye lots occur; however, when placing a special order, please be sure that you really want the item as special orders are not returnable and deposits are non-refundable.
